How long will shipping take?
Now, hold onto your hair extensions, because delivery times may vary depending on your country. On average, you can expect your package to arrive within 10-18 business days. (if you are in Australia, it will be much faster) But let's keep it real, darlingβpostal service efficiency might add a sprinkle of excitement to the wait. Exchange Policy:
We understand that sometimes a girl needs a different shade to slay her hair game. Don't fret, darling! We've got an exchange policy just for you. Simply notify us within 14 days of receiving your hair extensions, and we'll happily assist you with an exchange. But remember, keep those gold bands intact and the hair untouched for hygiene reasons. We've got to maintain those high standards, gorgeous! πββοΈπ
If you've chosen the wrong color, fear not! We've got you covered. You'll be responsible for the postage costs, but here's the deal: please send back the hair extensions in a tracked parcel bag. Don't forget to include an extra tracked bag so we can swiftly send out your chosen shade from the same range and at the same price. We'll make it right, gorgeous! Oh, and remember, we only replace items if they're defective or damaged. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your hair, and we'll work our magic. Just a heads up: to maintain hygiene regulations and adhere to manufacturers' policies, we can't exchange or refund worn, altered, or tampered-with hair extensions. Safety first, beautiful! ποΈΒ Gold bands must be intact and hair must not be tried on due to hygeine reasons.
Placed an order in Error:
Oopsie-daisy! We all make mistakes, darling. If you've made a boo-boo with your order or accidentally ordered the wrong quantity, don't panic! Reach out to us ASAP, and we'll sort it out together. Please note that refunds will exclude payment provider fees, as those sneaky fees are beyond our control. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you've already received the item, you'll be responsible for return shipping expenses. We're all about fairness, you know! π€

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You need to include a pre-paid tracked postage bag inside your parcel to send your exchanged item to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item you should use a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Who pays for international import duties and taxes?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt in destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.
What is the Refund/Replacement Policy for our Hair Extensions?
Thank you for choosing our hair extensions. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our refund/replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds:
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds on hair extensions unless they are deemed defective by our manufacturer. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and if you encounter any issues with your hair extensions, we encourage you to follow the replacement process outlined below.
Defective Hair:
If you believe that the hair extensions you received are defective, you must notify us within two weeks of receiving the product. Please contact our customer support team atΒ femmefatalehairextensionsaus@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process and address your concerns.
Replacement Process:
To initiate the complaint/replacement process for hair extensions, please follow these steps:
1. Notify us: Contact our customer support team within two weeks of receiving the hair extensions to report the issue. Due to increase in fraud, you will be required to provide Identification to ensure you are the client who made the order. If we suspect fraud, we have the right to engage our fraud protection consultants to investigate scams and contact law enforcement. If you are unhappy with the colour choice, quality or grams ordered, do not get it installed and leave in packaged as is after inspecting.
2. As per care policy, if you have experimented with products outside of the range of products we recommend as safe to use on the hair extensions, this voids your claim with the manufacturer as there is many products on the market which are unsuitable for hair extensions causing reactions such as dryness, tangling and breakage.
Though If you switch to the recommended products and do not see improvement after 3 weeks then we can attempt to file a claim on your behalf with the manufacturer and they will make the final call.
3. Return the hair:
Pickup orders in WA: If you have a complaint you are required to contact us and book a time for the hair to be assessed in person in our salon. We will test the hair extensions with a treatment to see how they react.
If our manufacturer determines that a replacement is necessary, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the hair extensions. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If deemed by manufacturer a replacement is needed the return shipping will be refunded when the replacement is sent.
4. Manufacturer evaluation: Once we receive the returned hair extensions, our manufacturer will conduct a thorough evaluation to determine if the product is defective. This evaluation may include testing the hair to ascertain its quality.
5. Manufacturer's decision: Our manufacturer will make the final determination as to whether the hair extensions are defective and if a replacement will be sent. We will communicate the decision to you promptly.
Conditions for Replacement:
Please be aware of the following conditions for eligibility for a replacement:
a) Recommended products: The use of recommended hair care products is essential to maintain the quality of the extensions. If the recommended products have not been used, the replacement is void. AVOID having extensions washed at Salons as many use products loaded with protein which are not suitable for hair extensions and cause tangling/dryness. (Olaplex,k18,and certain wella masks are a few of the many protein products that cause this) MANY salon products are not suitable for Russian grade cuticle hair. If cuticles are not smoothed tangling will occur. Lower grade hair with the cuticle acid bath removed may not react as much to incorrect products, though it also will not last very long. If you have made a mistake, switch over to only using recommended products and you will see a noticeable improvement.Β
b) Hair alteration: Any alteration, including cutting, dyeing, or chemical processing of the hair extensions, will void the replacement eligibility. The hair must be returned in its original condition.
C) If the hair is deemed to not have defects and only need a treatment with recommended products.Β Then hair will be treated and returned to you, after it has been treated, continue with the recommended products and you will see improvement.
D) If you have simply decided that hair extensions are not for you, we can suggest that you can always re-sell your hair on platforms such as Facebook marketplace or gumtree as briefly used. Just make sure to shampoo and treat with the anti-frizz mask so they are clean and ready for re-use.Β
Exclusions:
The following situations are not considered defects and will not be eligible for replacement:
- Hair becoming dry, tangling, or experiencing breakage due to insufficient moisture or heat styling, as this is not a product defect but rather a result of inadequate care or improper usage and products that are not providing enough moisture.Β
