We provide tracked shipping for orders within Australia and New Zealand.
**Within Australia , we post express tracked. This is often next day within Perth or 1-3 days Australia wide. (We cannot make guarantees on the time it will take australia post to deliver)**
Unfortunately we do not offer worldwide shipping at this stage.

Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange for a different shade this can be done as long as you notify us within 7 days of receiving your hair extensions. Gold bands must be intact and hair must not be tried on due to hygeine reasons.
There is no refund for change of mind.
There is no refund for change of mind. There is no refund on sale items. If you are unsure ,make an appointment to view hair in Perth or email for more information and photos if requested.
Exchanges
We will exchange hair if you have chosen the wrong colour. Postage is at your cost. Please post back in a tracked parcel bag and include an extra tracked bag so we can post out your chosen shade in the same range and same price. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your hair. Hair must be in its original packaging, gold bands must not have been tampered with, hair must not have been worn or broken apart. Due to hygiene regulations and manufacturers policies , we can not exchange or refund worn, altered in any way or tampered with hair extensions.
Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You need to include a pre-paid tracked postage bag inside your parcel to send your exchanged item to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item you should use a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Who pays for international import duties and taxes?
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt in destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.
