How many grams will i need?
Our 50gram option is suitable for ladies who want to add in volume or to simply fill out their own ends so they are fuller. You may be able to keep a few inches length if your own ends are fine.
100gram is a standard full head for ladies with fine-average density hair. 100gram is suitable to add volume and length. Gives a layered end look.
If your hair is short, blunt cut or you have a lot of hair, then you may require more than 100grams to blend in with your own hair naturally. If this sounds like you then you may require 150grams.
Avoid using *very hot* water when washing hair to protect the hair health and the seams.
